Collaboration in Bloom: Lili’s Lillies x Daalarna Garden

One of my favorite freelance experiences in 2025 was helping Lili’s Lillies with an elegant wedding at Daalarna Garden, where I was entrusted with designing the Ceremony Arch, a clean and refined focal point of the event. Quite often I collaborate with other brands on projects, which always brings fresh perspectives and exciting dynamics to the work.

This was a memorable project because it reaffirmed something I’ve always known: when someone can focus solely on the floral design, freed from coordinating with clients or venues, they can create work that flows more freely and fully embraces the process.

For this reason I always say, that for larger projects or tight timeframes, a well-structured team is essential. Clear division of tasks, deadlines, and coordination ensures that nothing is overlooked. Often, collaboration even brings together different specialists for a single event, creating a space to learn from one another and elevate the final result.

I love working in teams: it allows each of us to fully immerse in our craft, while letting the lead designer manage the broader vision. The energy, focus, and shared creativity open up possibilities we wouldn’t reach alone. Ultimately, a great team doesn’t just make the work easier — it makes it richer and more inspired.
